  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 5 large apples, peeled and sliced (Yellow Delicious)
  • 2 pkg. frozen pie crust

Directions

    Heat apple juice with cornstarch in saucepan, stirring constantly.

    Stir in cinnamon and salt.

    Pour over apples in a bowl mixing carefully.

    Spoon into pie crust and dot with butter. Top with crust.

    Bake at 400° approximately 30 minutes.

    Cut slits in top crust.

    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
