  • 6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 6 oz. frozen apple juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

    Simmer apples and juice for 5 minutes.

    Add cornstarch; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until thickened.

    Stir in cinnamon.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter.

    Cover top of pie.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
