- 1/2 lb. beef loin - sliced paper thin
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 medium head of cabbage - shredded
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 1 c. water as needed
Directions

1Saute meat and unions until meat is no longer red.

2Add cabbage and 1/2 of soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of water.

3Simmer 15 minutes.

4Add sprouts, remainder of sauce and water, if needed. Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.

5Serve over rice.
