Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. beef loin - sliced paper thin
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1 medium head of cabbage - shredded
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce
  • 1 c. water as needed

Directions

    Saute meat and unions until meat is no longer red.

    Add cabbage and 1/2 of soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of water.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Add sprouts, remainder of sauce and water, if needed. Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.

    Serve over rice.
