Ingredients

  • 2 bricks tofu
  • 2 long onions
  • 1/4 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced beef
  • 14 oz. yam noodles (konnyaku-noodle)
  • 1 beef suet cube (or vegetable oil)

Directions

    Cut vegetables into 2 or 3-inch pieces.

    Cut tofu into 8-12 pieces.

    Set vegetables, tofu beef and noodles on a large platter. Mix sauce A (see below) and sauce B (see below).
