- 2 long onions
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage
- 1 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 14 oz. yam noodles (konnyaku-noodle)
- 1 beef suet cube (or vegetable oil)
Directions

1Cut vegetables into 2 or 3-inch pieces.

2Cut tofu into 8-12 pieces.

3Set vegetables, tofu beef and noodles on a large platter. Mix sauce A (see below) and sauce B (see below).
