Ingredients

  • 12 lb ham, with bone
  • 1 cup chopped green onion top
  • 13 cup dill leaves
  • 3 -4 medium potatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup sweet cream
  • 2 cups sour buttermilk

Directions

    Mix together soup stock, vegetables and sour buttermilk.

    Boil till tender.

    Add cream and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve hot.
