  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 4 ounces oats
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    In a large bowl combine all above ingredients. Shape burgers into about 1/4 inch thick patties and cook until golden char on either side or until desired preference. (Medium rare baby ;D) Ahem...moving right along...

    To plate, toast hamburger buns or Italian loaf. Dress up with tomatoes, lettuce, a splash of ketchup or Worcestershire sauce...and don't forget the cheese. Time to party.
