- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 12 cups cold diet ginger ale or 1 12 cups water
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
- 1 cup green grape, halves
- 1 cup cantaloupe, chunks
Directions

1Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

2Stir in cold diet ginger ale.

3Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).

4Stir in fruit.

5Pour into 2-quart serving bowl.

6Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

7Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
