  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. flour (plain)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

    Gradually add flour and baking powder. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes in 4 small loaf pans or 1 hour in 2 large loaf pans or Bundt pan.
