- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. flour (plain)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

2Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.

3Gradually add flour and baking powder. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes in 4 small loaf pans or 1 hour in 2 large loaf pans or Bundt pan.
