  • 1 c. pineapple tidbits (canned or fresh)
  • 1 c. fresh peaches
  • 1 c. apples
  • 1 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook all fruit (except blueberries) on top of stove with the sugar and juice.

    Cook until a light boil.

    Remove from heat; add cornstarch, butter and blueberries.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 425° for 20 to 30 minutes.
