  • 1 lb. pasta of choice (fettucini ?)
  • 1 1/2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 6 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 6 oz. black olives, sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic, chopped, to taste (4 cloves)
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • fresh ground pepper

    Combine all ingredients other than pasta while pasta is cooking.

    Drain pasta and place on individual plates.
