- 3 large peeled and sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 2 large eggs
- confectioners sugar for top
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix peaches, 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in large bowl.

3Cream butter and remaining sugar.

4Add eggs, one at a time until fluffy.

5Add dry ingredients just until blended.

6Pour batter into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.

7Arrange peaches on top attractively.

8Bake about 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan; dust with sugar.
