- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
- 3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Directions

1Combine sugar, water and cornstarch in medium saucepan.

2Cook until thick.

3Add gelatin and blend well.

4Cool mixture 15 or 20 minutes.

5Fold in fruit.

6Pour into baked pie shell.

7Refrigerate until set.
