  • 2 c. cooked white long grain rice
  • 1 c. frozen peas, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes, no juice
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine rice, peas, celery, onions, tomatoes and salt and pepper.

    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and gently fold into rice mixture.
