- 1 c. frozen peas, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes, no juice
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine rice, peas, celery, onions, tomatoes and salt and pepper.

2Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and gently fold into rice mixture.
