  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 2 avocados
  • 400 g mangoes
  • 14 cup chopped of fresh mint
  • 12 cup sweet chili sauce (from Asian stores)

    Peel Pineapple, drain mangos, skin and remove stones from Avocados.

    Dice all the ingredients.

    Stir in Mint and sweet Chilli sauce.
