Ingredients
- 1 Potato
- 2 slice Bacon
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 2 Button mushrooms
- 1/4 Onion
- 60 ml Heavy cream
- 60 ml Milk
- 1 Egg (plus however much left over from the crust)
- 1 Soup stock cube
- 1 Salt, pepper, herbs (as needed)
- 1 Cheese (as desired)

Directions

1Thinly slice the potato, soak in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

2Fry the bacon.

3When the fat begins to render, add the ingredients.

4Season with salt, pepper and herbs.

5Mix the heavy cream, milk and egg together, and season with the soup stock cube, salt and pepper.

6Add the Step 1 and Step 2 mixture into a blind-baked tart base.

7Then pour in the egg mixture and top with cheese.

8Bake for 25 minutes in a 200C oven.
