  • 3 cups of Tomatoes
  • 3 cups Seedless Watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Basil sliced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Good Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Mint

Directions

    Quarter Tomatoes, seed and cut in 1 inch cubes

    Cut seedless watermelon into 1 inch cubes

    Thinly slice a red onion by halving and thin slicing vertical

    Cut Basil in strips; chop mint if using

    Toss all together in glass bowl with olive oil and juice of one lime
