- 11 c. peeled, chopped tomatoes
- 4 c. chopped bell peppers
- 1 c. vinegar
- 4 (4 oz. each) tomato paste
- 4 c. chopped onions
- 6 (1/2 c.) jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Directions

1In hot water bath submerge tomatoes in boiling water to loosen skins.

2Remove and discard skins.

3Chop all vegetables into small, bite-size pieces.

4Simmer in large pot for 10 minutes.

5Put in warm jars with lids.

6Place in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
