Ingredients

  • 4 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. Tender Quick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Roll into 4 (1 pound) rolls and bake on broiler rack (so grease can drain off) in oven for 50 minutes at 300°.

    Can use deer meat with a little hamburger or sausage.
