- 2 Tbsp. Morton's quick cure salt
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and make rolls, put in foil, with shiny side in, roll tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.

2Place rolls on rack over cookie sheet, punch holes in bottom of foil.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
