Summer Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c. parsley, coarsely chopped
- few leaves basil, chopped
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/3 c. Italian light olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Place all the ingredients (except the spaghetti) in a bowl and mix.

2Cook spaghetti in rapidly boiling water, not until it's mush but when it's ever so slightly hard.

3Drain.

4In a large bowl mix the sauce and spaghetti (steaming hot) well.

5Put it on the table, pour a glass of wine and enjoy!
