- 1 lb. plum tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. olive oil
- salt water
Directions

1Cut onion and tomatoes.

2Mix all spices with tomatoes, onion and garlic.

3Add olive oil to mixture.

4Let sit in fridge for 6 hours to marinate.

5Cook spaghetti.

6Pour cold mixture over spaghetti (hot) and mix well.
