- 1 bottle dry white wine, chilled
- 1 bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
Directions

1Put the lemon zest, lemon slices and white wine in a large pitcher and chill until ready to serve.

2To serve, add the sparkling white wine then pour into glasses. Serve garnished with extra lemon slices.
