- 2 to 3 small yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 c. crushed saltines
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Mash. Add egg and mayonnaise.

3Pour into a greased casserole. Cover with saltines and cheese.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly brown.
