- 1 doz. corn tortillas
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) diced chilies
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (13 oz.) chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. Jack cheese, grated
Directions

1Blend margarine and flour.

2Add broth, stirring constantly, until thick.

3Add sour cream and chilies.

4Do not boil.

5Soften tortillas.

6Fill with cheese and onion.

7Pour gravy over top and add cheese.

8Cover with foil.

9Before placing in dish, spoon a little gravy on bottom of dish.

10Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
