- 6 c. summer squash
- 1/4 c. sliced onion
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream or 1 soup can milk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream, melted oleo and seasoning mixture (from Stove Top dressing).

2Butter casserole dish; put 1/2 bread crumbs from Stove Top.

3Add squash, onion and carrots.

4Spoon on soup mixture; top with rest of bread crumbs.

5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
