- 7 c. yellow or zucchini squash
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash with onion in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Fold in drained squash and onion.

4Melt butter; toss with stuffing mix.

5Spread 1/2 stuffing mix in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Spoon vegetable mixture on top.

7Sprinkle remainder of stuffing mix over vegetables.

8Bake at 350° until heated through, 25 to 30 minutes.
