Ingredients

  • 2 small yellow squash
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • dill seed (from 1 large fresh dill flower) or may use 1 tsp. dried
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 handfuls fine cornmeal

Directions

    Combine oil and garlic in large skillet.

    Once heated, add remainder of ingredients, except cornmeal.

    Cook until tender, covered.

    Add cornmeal right before serving.
