- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon or 2 teaspoons dried
- 1 pound yellow crookneck squash, trimmed, sliced into 1/3-inch-thick rounds
- 1 pound small zucchini, trimmed, sliced into 1/3-inch-thick rounds
Directions
