  • 5 -6 tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch dried dill
  • 1 pinch salt

    Blanch and peel Tomatoes.

    Cut Tomatoes into eights.

    Put tomatoes in a bowl.

    Slice red onion into thin slices add to tomatoes.

    Stir in Mayonaise and Dill and Salt.

    Refrigerate about two hours and serve.
