  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, bruised
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 3 c. vegetables (your choice), cooked and chopped

Directions

    Saute garlic and pepper in olive oil until garlic begins to turn golden.

    Remove and discard.

    Add the cooked vegetables and continue cooking until pasta is done.

    Add drained pasta to vegetables.

    Toss while over heat for a moment or two; remove from heat and serve.
