- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, bruised
- pinch of crushed red pepper
- 3 c. vegetables (your choice), cooked and chopped
Directions

1Saute garlic and pepper in olive oil until garlic begins to turn golden.

2Remove and discard.

3Add the cooked vegetables and continue cooking until pasta is done.

4Add drained pasta to vegetables.

5Toss while over heat for a moment or two; remove from heat and serve.
