  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Zucchini, Sliced 1/4 Inch Thick
  • 1/2 whole Onion, Cut In Thick Chunks
  • 1 can Italian Style Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian Herbs (oregano, Thyme, Basil, Etc.)
  • Brown Rice, Cooked
  • Parmesan Cheese

    Heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat.

    Saute chicken and garlic in olive oil until no longer pink.
