Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, lightly beat together eggs.

2Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and salt.

3Mix. To mixture, add bread crumbs, milk, beef and onion.

4Mix lightly. Shape into 6 oval loaves.

5Cook in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

6Combine remaining tomato sauce to 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

7Turn meat loaves and brush with sauce.

8Cook 5 minutes more or until done.

9Heat remaining sauce and spoon over meat.

10Yields 6 servings.
