- 6 single serving bags of black tea (Luzianne preferred)
- 2 single serving bags flavored herbal tea (chai, berry, peach, etc.)
Directions

1Remove hang tags from the tea bags (you don't want the dye leaching into your tea) and drop into a 1/2 gallon glass pitcher.

2Fill with cold water, making sure to wet the tea bags so they will submerge as they sit.

3Cover pitcher with a lid or with plastic wrap.

4Set outside, preferably where the tea will be in the sun for several hours, although a warm area on a cloudy day will work (if not take a little longer).

5Allow to steep for 4-6 hours or until the tea is dark enough.

6Remove tea bags and discard.

7Serve tea with ice and lemon if desired, and discard any unused tea if it is not used the same day.
