Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 ready-to-use vanilla wafer crumb crust (6 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 cup peeled kiwi slices
  • 16 vanilla wafers

Directions

    Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl until completely dissolved.

    Add sour cream; mix well.

    Refrigerate 40 min.

    or until mixture is thick enough to mound; spoon into crust.

    Refrigerate several hours or until firm.

    Top with fruit and wafers just before serving.

    Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
