  • 1 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. green onions or regular or 2 dried onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • pinch of garlic
  • 1 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp. whole wheat four
  • 1 c. soy milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients; let stand 10 minutes.

    Form into patties. Bake in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes on each side.
