- 6 beaten eggs or egg substitute (1 1/4 cups)
- 1 1/2 c. Dari-Mate
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. frozen hash browns
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1/4 c. imitation bacon bits
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl combine eggs, Dari-Mate, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.

3Add potatoes, broccoli, bacon bits, onion and cheese.

4Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

5Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

6Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

7If refrigerated (pre-made) bake at 375°.

8Yields 8 servings.
