- 3 to 4 lb. rump roast
- onions (2 medium size)
- potatoes
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Put meat in roast pan.

3Cut and quarter onions; put in roast pan and cover.

4Approximately 1/2 hour check and see if starting to brown in pan.

5Add 1 cup water.

6Cook approximately 2 hours.

7Depends on size of meat.

8The last 45 minutes, peel and quarter potatoes.

9Make sure liquid in pan will cover part of potatoes.

10Salt and pepper to taste.

11Cover. Dinner is ready when potatoes are done.
