Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 to 6 c. flour
- butter or oleo (to dot each roll)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in the warm water.

2Then add the other ingredients, beating as you add.

3Gradually add flour until dough is soft and not too stiff.

4Let stand 6 hours or overnight.

5Knead for 5 minutes and divide in 4 parts.

6Roll out like pie crust; cut in 8 pieces.

7Roll big end to small end.

8Put in greased pan and let rise in warm place until after church on Sunday morning or 4 to 5 hours.

9Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

10Before baking, add a dot of butter to each roll.
