  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small box orange Jell-O
  • 4 Tbsp. grated orange peel (in spice section)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 c. water

    Melt butter; add grated orange peel and eggs.

    Mix until smooth.

    Add dry cake mix, stir.

    Add oil, orange juice (thawed) and water.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
