  • 3 potatoes, quartered
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped in 2-inch lengths
  • 6 to 8 carrots, chopped in 2-inch lengths
  • stew meat chunks
  • 46 oz. can V-8 juice (less 1 c.)
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions
