- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 4 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2In a heavy skillet, brown and crumble sausage.

3Remove meat and drain well.

4Line a greased 9 x 13-inch dish with the crescent roll dough.

5Press edges together to seal. Sprinkle the sausage and cheese over the dough.

6Combine the eggs, milk and pepper.

7Pour over sausage and cheese.

8Bake 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
