Ingredients
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cream cheese
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 small Onion
Directions

1Prepare the dough by mixing all ingredients with half a cup of water.

2Leave for proofing in a greased dish, covered with cling film.

3Punch after an hour and cover for another half till it doubles.

4Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing.

5Saute the onions.

6Add condiments, cream cheese and basil.

7Divide the dough into two parts and roll out two discs of same size.

8Place the stuffing in the centre and in a ring shape around it on the first disc.

9Cover with the second disc of dough.

10Make cuts using pizza cutter around the dough as shown in the picture.

11Twist each segment and prepare the shape.

12Give it an egg wash using pastry brush.

13Bake for 8 minutes at 200F.

14Your sunflower bread is ready
