- 1 kg fresh green beans
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 13 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Directions

1Steam the green beans until soft.

2Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan with a tiny bit of oil.

3Mix oil, mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Pour mixture over green beans and add sunflower seeds.

5May be served warm or cold.
