  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodles
  • 1/3 c. peanut oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small (1 1/2 lb.) cabbage, shredded
  • 6 to 8 oz. sunflower seeds, toasted and salted
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions

    Break noodles into pieces; place in shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 400° for 5 minutes or until golden, stirring once; set aside.
