- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavor
- 1/4 tsp. almond flavor
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat and mix eggs and water.

2Add sugar, then extracts.

3Fold in flour and salt.

4Beat egg whites with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

5Fold into yolk mixture.

6Pour into ungreased tube pan.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
