  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding

Directions

    Mix together dry cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil (batter will be thick).

    Add mandarin oranges (including juice); fold together. Pour batter into well-greased 8 x 10 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until brown. Let cool completely.
