- 5 medium carrots
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut carrots on the bias in 1-inch chunks.

2Cook, covered, in boiling water; drain.

3In sauce pan mix sugar, cornstarch, ginger and salt.

4Add juice; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

5Boil 1 minute.

6Stir in butter.

7Toss with carrots.
