- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Cut carrots on bias in 1-inch pieces.

2Cook, covered, in boiling, salted water until tender (about 20 minutes).

3Drain. Combine next 4 items in small saucepan.

4Add orange juice and cook, stirring all the time, until thick and bubbly.

5Then boil 1 minute more and stir in oleo.

6Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
