- 1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut carrots in strips in food processor.

2Cook in small amount of water until tender; drain.

3Combine remaining ingredients in frying pan or electric skillet.

4Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.

5Add carrot strips.

6Cook over low heat until carrots are glazed and heated through.

7Stir occasionally while heating.
