  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding (small box)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Place in a greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
